The Brazilian Propolis is well known worldwide because of its health benefits and also for being the cleanest there is, free from any kind of residues. It is exported in bulk or in the form of a liquid extract.

The brown propolis comes from plants of the Atlantic Forest shed. It is a powerful antioxidant with antimicrobial activity, highly rich in amino acids, vitamins and bio flavonoids that are essential for the attachment of vitamin C in the body.

The green propolis only exists in Brazil, because only here there is a plant called vassourinha-do-campo (Baccharis dracunculifolia), also called brazilian alecrim which provides the raw material used by bees to produce this special type of propolis. Analyzes within and outside the country confirm that propolis carries high phenolic content and flavonoids, powerful antioxidants.

The brazilian red propolis is associated with Dalbergia ecastophyllum, popularly known as rabo-de-bugio. It is rich in therapeutic elements and has antioxidant activity, as well as acting in the prevention of cardiovascular disease in the fight against high cholesterol, osteoporosis and effects of menopause.
